Samuel B. Benham, Esq.
Mr. Benham has been doing civil litigation since being admitted to the Nevada Bar in 1989. He was involved primarily in complex business litigation until approximately 2005, when his focus shifted to litigation of personal injury cases. He has tried jury trials involving motor vehicle collisions, and premises liability (e.g. trip and fall) and has been lead counsel on several complex medical malpractice, and products liability cases handled by our office.
Mr. Benham grew up in Wyoming, where, after graduating from the University of Wyoming, took over the family restaurant. (I am told that if you are from Wyoming, you probably will recognize the name "Benham's" restaurant.) After selling the business, Mr. Benham attended the University of Wyoming law school, where he was on the Law Review, and graduated in the top 10% of his class.
